A reply with your bill balance and due date will be sent within minutes.
2. Through the KPLC Website:
Visit www.kplc.co.ke and navigate to the “MY BILL” section.
Enter your account number to retrieve your current balance.
3. Via Email:
Send an email with your account number in the subject line to [email protected].
An automatic response will provide the bill details.
4. Using USSD Code:
Dial *977# on your mobile phone and follow the prompts under “My Bill.”

Paying Your KPLC Bill
KPLC customers can settle their bills through various digital platforms, ensuring timely payments and uninterrupted service.
1. Via M-Pesa (Postpaid Customers):
Use Pay Bill number 888888, enter your KPLC account number, the amount, and confirm payment.
2. Via M-Pesa (Prepaid Customers – Buying Tokens):
Use Pay Bill number 888880, enter your prepaid meter number, the amount, and receive a token via SMS.
3. Via Equitel:
Select “Eazzy Pay,” enter the KPLC meter number, amount, and confirm payment.
4. Via Pesapal:
Download the Pesapal app, check your bill, and make payments instantly.
