The Two Thugs In The Viral Kilimani Clip Finally Arrested By Police

DCI Detectives have apprehended four suspects connected with a robbery incident that was captured on Camera along Lenana Road on 25th June 2020.

Out of the four, two were caught in a viral CCTV footage snatching a man’s rucksack in the morning hours of June 25, threatening to take on him should he dare to object.

One was armed with a knife while the other had a gun.

The detectives -who are based at Kilimani recovered several items from the four. They were tracked down to their hideouts in Kawangware, Gatina, and Pangani.

Kilimani OCPD Lucas Ogara initially stated that investigations had been launched following the clip though the victim had not recorded any statement.

The ones captured in the footage are Timothy Jahan Muzami (27) alias ‘Timo’ captured on camera hitting the victim with a firearm on the forehead, and Humphrey Minyata alias “Daddy” aged 23 years captured on camera pointing the victim with a sharp knife.

Others are Mary Wambui aged 23 years old believed to be an accomplice who was harboring the gang in her house at Pangani and Ali Musa alias ‘Ally’ aged 26 years old who was arrested during the operation and believed to be an associate of the gang.

All the four suspects are in lawful custody awaiting arraignment.
