Son Cornered By Father For Marijuana Farming in Kirinyaga

25-year-old John Mwangi is being pursued by police in Kirinyaga after his father reported his bhang business.

I was wondering who was stealing manure from my compound, only to discover it was my son Mwangi who I reported to the authorities.

Police raided Mwangi’s house at the Redsoil village in Mwea Sub-County though they could not find him. Mwangi has not been leaving in the same homestead as his parents and is currently at large with police trailing him.

The suspect is at large but police are searching for him. He resides in a rented house at Kimbimbi trading centre. He succefully escaped during police raid but he is still being looked out for.

The marijuana plants have been taken to Wang’uru police station and will be used against the suspect in court once he is arrested.
