Raila: Coronavirus Cannot Stop Reggae

Orange Democratic Movement leader Raila Odinga has insisted that the implementation of the Building Bridges Initiative will go on as planned this year despite the coronavirus pandemic affecting the normal running of activities.

The former Prime Minister was speaking to Milele FM on Tuesday morning where he said that the report would be finalized before the end of the year. He said that the BBI is on halftime and that “players are just relaxing”.

Nobody can stop reggae, COVID-19 is not a person, BBI is on halftime and players are just relaxing. we will soon resume the process and complete it even before the end of the year

Raila also made his remarks on schools reopening soon. He said that the schools shouldn’t be opened just yet as the health of the learners are of top priority.
