PHOTOS: Gere By Tanasha Donna Was Stolen From This Brazillian Singer

It has only been a day since Diamond Platnumz released the music video of his new single Gere featuring Tanasha Donna but fans have discovered that the couple had stolen the video idea from Brazillian singer IZA.

Gere, a Swahili word which means jealous, was uploaded on Diamond Platnumz’s YouTube channel and has garnered 2.1 million views. All eyes were on Tanasha Donna as she faced criticism for her live performance at her EP launch two weeks ago.

The music video is said to be an idea stolen from IZA’s song Brisa. The song itself has 83 million views and is executed exceptionally.

IZA, real name Isabela Cristina Correia de Lima Lima, is a Brazillian singer, songwriter, and dancer who rose to fame doing cover songs of artists such as Beyonce, Rihanna, and Sam Smith.

Who did it better? IZA or Tanasha?
