DCI Arrests Rogue Chinese Chef Caught On Camera Whipping A Kenyan Worker

The Asian man caught on a viral clip whipping a worker for allegedly reporting late to work has been nabbed by DCI officers following outrage from netizens.

The clip showed the chef believed to be heading the Chez Wou eatery in the outskirts of Kileleshwa dropping the strokes, the victim miserably giving in to the mistreatment without any effort to object.

After the reports of the inhuman act surfaced online, officers from Directorate of Criminal Investigations acted and found the atrocity who has been identified as Deng Halian.

“Following reports of an incident doing rounds in sections of the press depicting a man of Asian descent assaulting a male employees said to be working at a hotel, this morning detectives from Kilimani raided Chez Wou Restaurant in Kileleshwa in pursuit of the matter,” the DCI informed.

The worker was seen writhing in pain after the last stroke before he got in to begin his work.

The Chinese after being reached defended himself saying the worker had requested to be caned for him to have some cash from the Chef.

The rogue head chef was arrested alongside other Chinese colleague’s namely Chang Yueping and Out Qiang. Deng’ had no work permit while the other two have their visas outdated.

Other Kenyans also working at the hotel have been summoned for interrogations regarding the matter.
